MPH bookstore has been selling ebooks
and ebook readers from quite sometime now. Lately they’ve added a
new reader into their arsenal, the iRiver Story HD.
Boasting more pixels that its predecessor, iRiver Story HD provides clearer view of the ebooks. It also provides WiFi connectivity so that users can purchase ebooks directly from the Internet.
What was more surprising for me was the
price. Selling at RM 499, it was half the price of older readers
being sold by MPH. Shouldn’t they lower the prices since the other
readers have less features?
For a moment, I was tempted to buy it.
Promptly, I reminded myself that first of all, I’ve already own an
iRiver Story and it’s working well. Secondly, it’s only available
for online purchase. It’s times like these that I’m glad I don’t
own a credit card.
